We want every customer to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review the policy below.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging with all included accessories.
- Proof of purchase or your order number is required.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

- Clear photos or a short video showing the problem
After verification, we will offer one of the following:
- A replacement
- A full refund
- Another suitable resolution at our discretion
There will be no additional cost to you if the issue is caused by our error.

5. Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to:
- A damaged product
- A defective product
- An incorrect item shipped by us
We will cover the return shipping cost where applicable.
If you are returning an item because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong product, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
6. Refunds
After your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be processed. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time before the refund appears in your account.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before they have been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may request a return after delivery in accordance with this policy.
8. Exchanges
We replace items only when they are:

Unnecessary or fraudulent chargebacks may be disputed with the payment provider using available order and delivery records.
