3-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase or your order number is required.

Non-Returnable Items

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Photos or a short video showing the issue

Once approved, we will provide a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.

Change of Mind

If you simply changed your mind, you may return the item within 30 days.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our mistake or a defective product.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Order Cancellation

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
